T&B Fashion Group, also known as Dalian Shengma Group, is headquartered in Dalian—one of Northeast China’s most important coastal cities and logistics hubs. With 28 years of apparel industry expertise, we have grown into a comprehensive group covering product development, fabric innovation, and garment manufacturing across multiple categories including functional apparel, seamless bonding, sportswear, yoga, and fashion.
Our group operates two knitting & woven factories and one dyeing/washing/finishing facility in the Liaodong region, totaling 43,000 sqm of factory area and 28,000 sqm of workshops, supported by 1,500+ employees and an annual output of 6.2 million pieces.

Innovation drives our success. I've been in the clothing industry for over 20 years. We've witnessed many design drafts and handled various complex processes. As the industry changes, consumers' demands are evolving. We've decided to create T&B, a brand that combines our technical know - how and market understanding.
The traditional printing and dyeing industry, which has developed to the present, has always used water as a solvent, resulting in sewage discharge being a pain point for people around the world. Over the years, through dedicated research on waterless printing and dyeing technology, we have now completely subverted the traditional printing and dyeing technology and achieved zero discharge. This can lead the national textile industry to improve the level of green manufacturing, develop a low-carbon circular economy, subvert traditional industries, and contribute to the development of Industry 4.0 in the new era!
